Checkcheckcin's Cinci EC: Healthy Living and Eating Smart

Mighty Oaks Club's October event will feature Hong Kong registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Cinci Leung, to talk to our parents about common body types in Hong Kong and how to put traditional Chinese medicine theories into practice. The concept of illness prevention is to understand each person's own body and make lifestyle and dietary changes to jumpstart healthy living. She will also be sharing about common fall and winter symptoms and how best to prevent them and effects of various foods in our children’s diet from a Chinese medicine perspective.
Cinci Leung (Cinci EC) is a registered Chinese medicine practitioner in Hong Kong, the founder of CheckCheckCin, and a mother of two. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese medicine, as well as from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master of science in acupuncture. Cinci is also the author of the popuplar book series “Chinese Healing Soups 1, 2 & 3” and she aims to use her western exposure to help the general public simplify Traditional Chinese Medicine theories. Cinci is a firm believer of preventative healthcare and strives to promote the benefit of a healthy diet and lifestyle to the public through a variety of channels to encourage the public to make simple changes to condition their bodies and become their bodies’ best advocate.
