Voom Voom Voom, do you hear the cars roar?
May's theme is transportation at Acorn Playgroup. Toddler loves things that move, so it's no wonder that the transportation theme is so popular! We had sensory bins where children explored how tractors and trucks moved. The little engineers explored physics with our homemade "slopes" and "tunnels" and slides. They let their creative juices run when they painted using different vehicles and observed the various tracks vehicles could make. We sang "Row, row, row your boat" whilst fishing. Our favourite is when our toddlers reached up high to swat land/air/sea transportations. From buses to balloons, explore with us at Acorn Playgroup!
