Do you see children having trouble walking up stairs? Or falling a lot? This article discusses the need for children to run, jump, climb and squat to improve their gross motor skills. The Health Department suggests children to have at least 180 minutes of exercise, this includes going to the park, cycling, walking even carrying their own school bag and helping out with chores! Have you done your 180 minutes today?
