What better way to celebrate the start of a new year than to look at some highlights from our Family Sports Day that was held in November! Students had a lot of fun performing songs with parents. Everyone practiced their ball skills, did a WOD , played limbo, roared at animals and most of all laughed during the fun activities that were set up by the teachers. A big shout out to our parents for participating because 15 minute HIIT workouts are not easy to do in the crossfit room! We hope you and your child had an incredibly fun day together and are just as excited about the next school year as we are!
