It is hard to do anything when you are feeling anxious all the time. Start a family tradition by making a Worry Box! Worry Box is where you and your children can write down your anxious thoughts and to let them go by putting these thoughts in the box. This will also create a routine for sorting out your worries and sharing them with each other.
