After reading "The Magical Bag", our teachers found a fun and inviting way to promote teamwork. K1 students became #kangaroos and were tasked with jumping around the room to find misplaced balls. With their classmates' help at catching the thrown balls, the kangaroos successfully returned all the #balls into the magical basket. These community building activities not only promote #kindness and self control, they foster life-long #friendships! At Mighty Oaks, our school motto is "Where lifelong learning meets character development".
