Yes, we have all been there and felt guilty after losing our temper, but how do we rectify it?
According to Psychotherapist Liza Finlay, the first thing we have to do is embrace our negative emotions!
Forgive ourselves and remember we all have those days.
Then, reflect on the recurring situations and identify our trigger points.
Lastly, take a step back and take deep breaths. If you don't remember the last time you had some me-time, this is a warning sign you need to take a break! When your children see you constantly striving to be better, they will also learn from you!
