What is the most popular dream job among kindergartners? Being a superhero! As parents, how do you encourage this out-of-the-world type of dream?
Child Psychology expert, Dr. Susan Bartell, explains that no matter how improbable the dream is, parents' jobs is to empower them, so the child knows no matter what he/she pursues, he/she has his/her parents' full support. One tip is to ask them questions about their dreams. Why do you want to become a superhero? Maybe it is because they like to help people so they will become doctors or nurses or teachers in the future.
