Our favorite pre-nursery activity last month is peeling a boiled egg. Peeling and slicing are great for building concentration, developing practical life and fine motor skills. The most difficult part is exhibiting self-control when peeling the shells so your thumbs won't go through the egg whites. Look at our children enjoying the fruits of their labor!
