PN & K1 Activity: Color Mixing Sensory Bags
Sensory bags are great ways for kids to explore textures, colors and different objects, all while being mess-free and kid-safe. To focus on the "fruit of the spirit" self-control, our kids were in charge of squeezing paint in their own bags! This is not an easy task for 2 & 3 year olds! They did a wonderful job and even did a bit of sensory writing/drawing with their sensory bags. You can try this at home and give your children q-tips instead. It is a perfect combination of sensory and science! At Mighty Oaks, we learn through fun.
