In order to identify and differentiate between ‘big’ & ‘small’, our teacher made a smartboard game and asked children to take turns using the fly swatters to hit the correct item when she shouts out ‘Big’ or ‘Small’. A benefit of smartboard use is that it caters to all learning styles. Tactical learners learn the concept by touching and hitting the board. The auditory learners learn from reacting to the teacher's instructions. Visual learners can observe the teaching on the board.
