Thank you I-cable TV for interviewing our principal, Livia Tang, on sharing our school's philosophy on character education and its importance.
In a competitive environment like Hong Kong, parents have a tendency to focus exclusively on academics while ignoring emotional and social learning. Character also has to be fostered from birth. Toddlers learn through observation and imitation. Therefore, at Mighty Oaks, we believe in both teaching and being role models of the nine "Fruits of the Spirit".
